If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to us and we will refund you. (please note the refund is of the sale price and not return postage). Products must be returned in new condition, unopened.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of the day you receive the product(s). After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.  

Your purchase has arrived damaged?....

That’s not something we like to hear! if your parcel is damaged on arrival, just take a picture of it and email it us, you will receive a full refund or the option of a replacement.

We use Royal Mail or Selected couriers for large orders

Do you ship to Australia and Other Countries?

Yes, we do, but to ensure our customers get the best service we only charge the exact shipping cost. All you need to do is email what you would like to purchase, We then calculate the shipping cost and send you a paypal invoice.
